(Of course, many do send our heart pin as a valentine anyway...And, where else are you going to find a good intestines pin? Or a pancreas (also crosswalks as a fairly decent map of Benin)? (Note to proctologists; yes yes, I'm working on it. Should cross over for gifts to ex husbands too...)
